My Cultura Podcast Turns Two: A Night of Live Tapings, Latinx Stories, and Stellar Personalities
iHeartMedia’s My Cultura Podcast Network celebrated its two-year anniversary with a live podcast event. The event took place on August 17, 2023, at the iHeartRadio Burbank Theater and was hosted by Lechero from The Cruz Show on Real 92.3 Los Angeles, and welcomed Latinx podcast hosts and personalities “Chiquis and Chill,” “The Super Secret Bestie Club,” and “Locatora Radio”.
The live podcast taping of the three shows kicked off with hosts Mala and Diosa of “Locatora Radio“. The duo shared their origin story dating back to 2016 and celebrated how far they’ve come as they continue to remain focused on being rooted in the Latin community. Next up were Curly Velasquez and Maya Murillo from “The Super Secret Bestie Club“. The hilarious best friends entertained the audience with their banter covering all things love, family, relationships, and astrology. Lastly, Latin Grammy winner Chiquis from “Chiquis and Chill” graced her fans with her very first live podcast taping answering questions for “Dear Chiquis”.
Tickets are still available to the “My Cultura Anniversary Streaming Event” taking place on Monday, August 28 at 7:00pm PT and will be available to rewatch until Sunday, September 10 at midnight PT.
‘My Cultura’ is a platform created to elevate Latinx voices who share their stories and perspectives relevant to their listeners and audiences.
