An Atlanta rapper took it upon himself to enjoy the outdoors to an extreme, making his neighbors consider walking around the building with an umbrella.
The rapper, who goes by two names, Mercedes New and Shawty Dred, has over a million followers on Instagram, was arrested without incident, and is held in Fulton Country jail.
Neighbors complained after seeing him several times and even had video of the events. He is charged with indecent exposure and public indecency.
