Man Drowns; Family Receives Diver’s Memory Card

Two years after a young named on a trip to Tennessee named Richard Ragland drowned in an area called Foster Falls. The family got what they were looking for most … closure.

After this video was made he drowned later that afternoon. The parents were unable to get the camera that Ragland had with him until Rich Aloha, who had been diving for treasures for his social media, came across the GoPro camera while diving.

Aloha said park rangers had told him about the drowning and to look out for anything that may contain footage of an African American man.

Alpoah actually found the camera. He googled the story and tracked down the family and personally delivered the footage to the family. The family was extremely grateful.

The family had previously gotten a thumb drive from the park rangers a few weeks after his death but when they opened the mail the thumb drive had been stolen and they were devastated. In the video, Ragland is having a good time swimming with friends. Sidenote, the reporter in this video Jovita Moore has passed.
