NAMM Show 2026 Set to Showcase Innovations in Music Gear

The NAMM Show’s about to kick off in Anaheim, and it promises to be another game-changer for the music gear scene. Over 75,000 attendees will witness the latest innovations from more than 3,500 brands.

The annual NAMM Show returns to the Anaheim Convention Center from January 20 to January 24, 2026, welcoming a vast array of industry professionals and enthusiasts. This year’s event is set to showcase an impressive lineup of new music technology and gear, attracting over 75,000 attendees from around the globe.

As always, expect a bustling atmosphere filled with excitement and discovery. Brands from across the spectrum, including boutique manufacturers and industry giants, will unveil their latest products. The show floor opens on January 21, where attendees can explore everything from high-end synthesizers to innovative studio equipment. Notably, this year marks Fender Studio’s debut at NAMM, showcasing its new studio gear line, a product of the rebranding from PreSonus that took place five years ago. The absence of Fender’s traditional guitar lineup in their booth this year has piqued curiosity among fans, hinting at a new direction for the iconic brand.

In addition to Fender Studio, other major players like Behringer, TC Electronic, Aston Microphones, and Midas are expected to reveal exciting new products. Last year, Behringer generated buzz with the prototype of the BX1 FM synth, and attendees are eager to see what new surprises are in store this time around.

The NAMM Show also features an array of educational sessions, with more than 200 panels and workshops planned. These will cover various topics, including the latest trends in game audio, immersive sound formats, and mixed-reality technologies. NAMM President and CEO John Mlynczak emphasized the importance of the event in shaping the future of the music industry, stating that each year, the show delivers essential programming for industry stakeholders.

This year’s show is particularly significant, with over 150 live performances scheduled, further enhancing the experience for attendees. The show officially opens to the public on Thursday, January 22, following two days reserved for early access members and media.

With leading brands like Korg, Yamaha, Avid, Shure, and many more set to participate, the NAMM Show 2026 stands as a vital meeting point for professionals and fans alike. The MusicTech team will be on-site, delivering firsthand coverage of the latest developments and highlights from this pivotal event in the music industry.
