Cumulus Media Launches Sports Talk Lineup December 2025

Cumulus Media’s Westwood One is reshaping its Sports Talk schedule with a new weekday lineup that starts Monday, December 29, 2025—and it’s built to keep sports conversation running across all major platforms from morning through overnight.

The day begins with Drake C. Toll taking over Morning Drive (6 a.m. – 9 a.m. ET). He’ll set the tone early with an upbeat, opinion-forward approach designed for commuters and early risers who want more than just headlines.

Right after that, betting and analysis take center stage: Nick Kostos’ “You Better You Bet” will air 9 a.m. – Noon ET (previously announced). And at Noon – 3 p.m. ET, longtime Chicago sports radio voices Chris Bleck & Adam Abdalla join the roster. The duo’s 20-year friendship is a big part of the appeal—built-in chemistry, confident takes, and a style that leans into fan interaction.

The biggest constant in the new grid remains exactly where listeners expect it: The Jim Rome Show stays locked into its weekday anchor slot, 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. ET, continuing to hold down afternoons with Rome’s trademark approach.

From there, the evening window goes live with betting-focused content. “BetMGM Tonight” will run 6 p.m. – 11 p.m. ET, hosted by Brad Evans and Pat Boyle (previously announced).

Late nights shift into a shared-host format. Westwood One Sports Night (11 p.m. – 3 a.m. ET) will feature Lynnell Willingham and Josh Graham, with the on-air split listed as: WWO Sports Tonight: Lynnell Willingham (Mon–Wed); Josh Graham (Wed–Fri). Lynnell is described as bringing high energy and a direct, tell-it-like-it-is style, while Josh offers a more intellectual angle driven by curiosity and a different kind of sports perspective.

Westwood One says the build was done “with our partners at Audacy,” according to Bruce Gilbert, SVP Sports | Content & Audience, who framed the goal as delivering big sports stories through opinion, expert analysis, and fan interaction—kept “fresh, fun, and fan focused.”

For now, this announcement covers weekdays only. A weekend lineup is still to come and will be revealed later, adding more options for listeners who want to stay plugged into the sports cycle seven days a week.

Beyond daily talk, Westwood One Sports continues its long-running play-by-play coverage of the NFL, NCAA, and U.S. Soccer. The programming is available on affiliated stations across the United States, as well as on WestwoodOneSports.com and through the Westwood One Sports app.
