Hot 97, NY radio mix legend Mr. Cee, 46, was arrested last night for solicitation of a male prostitute. This is the 3rd time the legendary DJ has been arrested. The second arrest involved Mr. Cee receiving oral sex from a man dressed in drag that Mr. Cee stated he did not realize was a man. This time it was a male police officer posing as a male prostitute according to the New York Daily News. Mr. Cee pled guilty to the previous arrest and was ordered to receive one year of counseling. He was also arrested on similar charges in October of 2010.
