In Cleveland on August 14, Greg Harris, President & CEO of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, acknowledged Elliott�s 2023 induction as the first female Hip-Hop artist with a replica of her iconic �The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly)� music video headpiece. In Washington, D.C. on August 8, former NASA astronaut Alvin Drew presented a plaque commemorating �The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly)� as the first Hip-Hop song transmitted to space. In Hampton, VA on August 2, Elliott was awarded a Congressional Certificate of Community Service by Congressman Bobby Scott. Hampton Mayor Donnie Tuck declared August 2 as �Out of This World Tour Day,� and Delegate Don Scott presented her with a resolution honoring her tour.
