A brazen man named Fiston Ngoy, 35 pursued a woman and got on the train at the same time as her and groped and raped her in front of passengers. He has been charged with raping the woman on a Septa train outside of Philadelphia. There were several train stops and several passengers on the train but instead of helping the woman they took out their cell phones and filmed the situation. While they may have felt uncomfortable helping her they also didn’t call the police.
