Urban Radio: When Doing 32 Jobs is No Longer ENOUGH!

Let’s face it, urban radio people are multi-tasking at an unbelievable rate. One programmer told me he didn’t have long to talk to me cause he had to vacuum the station and then make lunch for Alfred Liggins (laugh, I kill me). This sh… is getting riduculous and many are wondering if there is a light at the end of the tunnel. If we do 32 jobs what’s the reward? Sorry to say… a 33rd job (you GOTTA love the industry). Feel free to comment here to give some advice or encouragement to those who have had the last straw with the pay cut, lay offs etc… what are you doing to cope. Is there a way to cope?
