Andrea scripted yet another delightful showcase for the beautiful Stacey Dash, who plays a high maintenance woman in her 20s with a shopping habit that is supported by her boyfriend DeAndre (The Game). Chanel also has a lingering and non-enthusiastic attachment to her child’s father Chris (Chico Benymon). While gallivanting Melrose Boulevard with her many shopping bags, two detectives (Roy Fegan and Corey Blevins) confront her and she is arrested. To Chanel’s dismay, she has become an accomplice in DeAndre’s computer chip scheme. She is now torn between the man that supplies her with all her material needs, and her family where her heart belongs. Chanel is sent home with more than her new Gucci bag.
