Josiah Films LLC, in association with Rhythm Pictures LLC present House Arrest, an Andrea Weathersby film starring Stacey Dash and The Game. The world premiere happens this Valentine’s Day weekend, Saturday, February 16th at 12:00 noon and Sunday, February 17th at 2:30 p. m. Tickets are available at the box office. House Arrest marks the debut of filmmaker Andrea U. Weathersby, who served as screenwriter and executive producer.
Andrea scripted yet another delightful showcase for the beautiful Stacey Dash, who plays a high maintenance woman in her 20s with a shopping habit that is supported by her boyfriend DeAndre (The Game). Chanel also has a lingering and non-enthusiastic attachment to her child’s father Chris (Chico Benymon). While gallivanting Melrose Boulevard with her many shopping bags, two detectives (Roy Fegan and Corey Blevins) confront her and she is arrested.
To Chanel’s dismay, she has become an accomplice in DeAndre’s computer chip scheme. She is now torn between the man that supplies her with all her material needs, and her family where her heart belongs. Chanel is sent home with more than her new Gucci bag.
She is sent home with a new ankle bracelet, which is far from the bling that she most desires. House Arrest also stars Shelli Boone, Rodney “Red” Grant, BeBe Drake, Rolonda Watts, Roy Fegan, Corey Blevins, Jesse Garcia, Olivia Brown, Jonathan “Lil J” McDaniel, and introducing Kiera Washington. House Arrest is coming to DVD on March 26th from Lionsgate Home Entertainment.
