SHELTON STATE CC HEALTH INFO TECHNOLOGY

Tuscaloosa, Alabama � As part of their celebration of Health Information Professionals Week, Shelton State Community College’s Health Information Technology (HIT) program will host a Virtual Happy Hour on Zoom on Tuesday, October 27 at 6:00 p.m.� The event is free and open to all health information professionals, current and former HIT students, and individuals interested in the College’s HIT program.

HIT Virtual Happy Hour will be a casual virtual gathering.� Program instructors will share information about HIT, showcase program opportunities, and introduce current HIT students.� Time will be provided for discussion and questions.

“We are excited about seeing old and new faces at our upcoming happy hour,” stated Janice Washington, HIT instructor.� “In the spirit of celebration, we encourage all participants to share the registration link with friends or family members who might share their interest in this terrific program.”

Registration is required.� Participants may visit HIT Virtual Happy Hour to RSVP.
