Voyage, the talent consultancy founded by music executive Spencer Moya, today announced that the company has been acquired by Select Management Group, one of the world’s leading talent management firms with a strong digital focus.
The acquisition is a major milestone for Spencer, who initially launched Voyage in the first half of 2022 to work alongside some of the most prolific and compelling artists in entertainment and lead their digital strategy efforts.
In partnership with Select Management Group, Voyage is now expanding its offerings to offer artist management services. Spencer will continue to run Voyage as a standalone enterprise within Select Management Group and will be based in Los Angeles.
Prior to founding Voyage, Spencer spent over a decade honing skills in the digital marketing and technology spaces. He spent almost 7 years at Interscope Records, spearheading digital strategy for Super Bowl headliners and multi-Grammy and Oscar Award-winning artists, and most recently led strategic partnerships with music artists and industry at Instagram and Meta.
A 3x Clio award winner, he has been named a Hitmaker by�Variety�and an industry-shaping LGBTQ+ executive by�Billboard.�While continuing to bolster its consultancy arm, Voyage will now also expand its offerings to include artist and talent management.
The company will offer these services across all Arts & Entertainment verticals, including music, tv & film, creative, and fashion.�
