Man’s Home Raided 3 Times, Continues Drug Sales

Neighbors in an Atlanta neighborhood are baffled s to how an alleged drug trafficker has been able to continue the sale of narcotics despite three raids on his rented home.

Jermaine Marignay has been living on the property for two years. While there is no word from the homeowner about attempts to evict Marignay, Michael Bond, a member of the Atlanta City Council, wants this home to be shut down and considered a nuisance property.

Why the last two raids did not yield an arrest and sentence is unknown. In the most recent arrest of Marignay, drugs and guns were found, and after the judge heard about previous failed attempts to arrest him, he is being held without bond this time.
