Lisa Loeb Joins Women’s Rock Camp’s 2026 Lineup

Lisa Loeb has been added to the fourth Women’s Rock Camp & Fantasy Songwriter Camp, a move that puts another recognizable name in front of singers, songwriters and music professionals watching how talent development continues to be packaged for women in music.

Loeb joins a camp built around performance and songwriting

The camp will take place in Los Angeles Nov. 5-8 and brings together women of all ages and skill levels to learn from professional artists, with a focus on songwriting, rehearsing and collaborating. Campers will also perform live at the Whisky a Go Go and Viper Room at the end of the program.

The lineup already includes Belinda Carlisle and Kathy Valentine of The Go-Go’s, The B-52s’ Kate Pierson and The Runaways’ Cherie Currie. Hit songwriters Beth Nielsen Chapman and Autumn Rowe are also on the bill.

Mentorship extends beyond the stage

In addition to artist mentoring, attendees also get advice from female industry executives. Vixen’s Britt Lightning serves as the camp’s musical director.

David Fishof, founder and CEO of Rock ’n’ Roll Fantasy Camp, said in a statement that adding Lisa Loeb “further elevates” the camp. He said participants gain relationships, confidence and knowledge through the four-day experience, whether they want to perform, write songs professionally or pursue a career in the music industry.

A long-running camp with a limited roster

Fishof’s Rock ’n’ Roll Fantasy Camps launched in 1997 and have included Roger Daltrey, Steven Tyler, Alice Cooper, Joe Tyler, Slash, Paul Stanley and Sammy Hagar. He later spun off an all-female version. The camp has room for around 80 campers, who are evaluated beforehand so they are placed at the appropriate level.

Lightning said the women-only camps have produced extraordinary growth, with many campers leaving with new confidence, lifelong friendships and a renewed belief in their creative potential.

What to watch next: the camp’s Los Angeles sessions Nov. 5-8, culminating in live performances at the Whisky a Go Go and Viper Room.
