Vincent Herbert Sued by Sony for Almost 4 Million

Vincent Herbert is in debt to Sony to the tune of almost $4 million according to TMZ and Sony wants to collect. Herbert allegedly got a $3,738,515.93 advance to find new talent for Sony, however, Sony sued Herbert for intercepting the money from Interscope in October of 2015 preventing Sony for recouping the advance. A judge issued a default judgment against Herbert, who Sony says ignored their previous request. We’ll keep you posted.
