Madonna, Sabrina Carpenter Release “bring Your Love” Video Ahead of Confessions Ii

Madonna and Sabrina Carpenter have turned a collaboration that began onstage into a new release strategy moment for rights holders and pop publishers: the pair has dropped the music video for “Bring Your Love” while Madonna’s next album, Confessions II, is still weeks away. The song arrived at the end of April, and the video now gives the project another push ahead of the album’s July 3 release.

A club visual built around the collaboration

The video shows Madonna and Carpenter strutting through a packed dance club, floating above the crowd, and then meeting back to back on stage as everyone watches. The single is part of Confessions II, which is set to arrive on July 3.

The performance that set up the release

Madonna and Carpenter first performed “Bring Your Love” together during Carpenter’s headlining set at Coachella weekend two. During that performance, they also sang “Vogue” and “Like A Prayer.”

Madonna keeps the album campaign in motion

The video comes as Madonna continues promoting Confessions II, which she has been pushing for months. Her recent promotional efforts included activity on Grindr, a surprise show at The Abbey in West Hollywood in April, and a pop-up in Times Square earlier in June. She also premiered the Confessions II visual album at the Tribeca Festival.

Confessions II is being positioned as a sequel to 2005’s Confessions on a Dance Floor and is Madonna’s first album since 2019’s Madame X.

What to watch next

The next key date is July 3, when Madonna is set to release Confessions II. Outside the album rollout, she is also slated for a cameo in season 2 of The Studio, while Netflix is developing a limited series about her life.
