QC COMMUNICATIONS INC.’s lawsuit against former Urban AC WJKS (KISS 101.7)/WILMINGTON, DE partial owner/GM TONY QUARTARONE and Q MEDIA has been dismissed with prejudice, with each party bearing its own attorneys’ fees and costs. According to QUARTARONE lawyer PERRY F. GOLDLUST, “All issues were resolved by both parties, terms of which are covered by a confidentiality agreement.

There is nothing outstanding, there was no judgment. The court document back in AUGUST was a court memorandum opinion; the case has been dismissed.”I am glad it’s over and my name has been cleared,” TONY QUARTARONE said. “I am looking forward to getting back to radio, ownership, and the business of turning Radio Stations around.”
