iHeartMedia NY Honors International Women’s Day Panels

In celebration of International Women’s Day,iHeartMedia New York hosted an event on Tuesday, March 7 with panels featuring the women of iHeartMedia and influential executives presented by Valentino. Hosted by iHeartRadio personality Gandhi of Elvis Duran and the Morning Show, with special remarks by Thea Mitchem, Executive Vice President of Programming at iHeartMedia and Julie Donohue, President of Multi-Market Partnerships at iHeartMedia, the panels were moderated by women at iHeartMedia and other influential women executives. The event also included a special performance by Rachel Webb from the Broadway musical “& Juliet.”

The International Women’s Day event featured the following panels:

#Embrace Equity Panel: a discussion on equality in the workplace through personal experiences shared by Elvis Duran and the Morning Show’s Danielle Monaro, iHeartMedia New York’s Power 105.1 host Angie Martinez, Z100 host Crystal Rosas, Q104.3 host Maria Milito and 103.5 KTU host Carolina Bermudez, moderated by Thea Mitchem, Executive Vice President of Programming at iHeartMedia.

Rising in the Ranks Panel: provided advice to women entering their careers on how to overcome adversity in the workplace from panelists Dr. Tricia Callender, Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Thinx Inc.; Erin Gulden, Vice President of Brand Publishing U.S. Bank and Adriana Cardenas, Global Marketing Director Reckitt, moderated by LITE FM’s Helen Little.

Leading on Broadway Panel:�discussed the challenges Broadway has faced in recent years, whileoffering advice for the next generation of Broadway leaders.

Panelists included SJ Arnegger, Director of iHeartRadio Broadway;�Molly Barnett, Co-Owner and Co-Founder for Grapevine PR; Diana Salameh, Vice President of Brand Integration Serino Coyne and Kristen Rathbun, Chief Communications Officer for SpotCo, moderated by LITE FM’s Christine Nagy.�
