FM News Radio 100.5 KXNT is pleased to announce the hiring of Chuck Meyer as News Director, effective immediately. Meyer will oversee the operations of the KXNT news department, in addition to handling the duties of afternoon news anchor. Meyer’s resume includes stints as News Director at WIOD in Miami and KING in Seattle, and Program Director at KVET in Austin and KCUB in Tucson.”Chuck brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our staff,” said Andrew Paul, KXNT’s Program Director. “We are thrilled to have him lead our news team on multiple platforms.”Joe Gillespie, who held the position of News Director, will now focus on his duties as lead host of KXNT’s Morning News.
