Spring Break 2021 Canceled
������������Maurice Edington, Ph.D., provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, issued the following statement regarding changes to the Spring 2021 Semester Calendar:�
Dear FAMU community:�
As a result of the impact of the global pandemic and the need to safeguard the health and safety of students, faculty and staff, Florida A&M University has modified the academic calendar for the Spring 2021 semester. Spring Break has been canceled.�
The first day of class is January 6, 2021. For the first three days, instruction will be conducted remotely.�
The Spring semester will end Friday, April 23, 2021, a week earlier than originally planned without impacting the number of instructional days. ?Please see the detailed Academic Calendar on?the Registrar�s website.�
We appreciate your kind consideration as we navigate these unprecedented times and urge you to continue to �Protect the FAMULY� while implementing all safety protocols. Our commitment to �Excellence with Caring� remains steadfast.�
