We heard of the toxic work environment that was all in the press this summer about Ellen DeGeneres and her very popular daytime talk show. The host who came to be known as the “Be Kind” lady was called out this summer for not being who she portrayed herself to be on her Emmy winning talk show. Ellen wasted no time addresses the rumors as she used her opening monologue to apologize, own it, talk about changes, and of course, add a comedic twist to it.
