Tank - Black Music Month - Radio Facts

Thanks to most of you, I have lasted here 12 long years! That is unheard of in our business. I appreciate all you’ve done for me during my time here at Music Choice.I’ve had an amazing time, met incredible people and built strong relationships such as yours.

As I move on from Music Choice I’d like to thank my VP of Programming, Damon Williams for giving me a chance to not only program Black music on television but to make an impact on the eyes and ears of millions of people who watch us daily. I am grateful and humbled by the tremendous opportunity Damon gave me way back in 2002 to have blessed cable homes with great music. During my tenure I’ve been guided by one of the best programmers in the biz, a true visionary who carried us into the world of Video On Demand.

I will cherish the office music battles (my speakers were always bigger) sparring over one-hit wonders and recommending/wishing on future stars. I intend to spend some quality time with the family and re-emerge soon.
