Create Music Group, a leading global independent music and entertainment company, has officially announced a joint venture with Ty Dolla $ign and his label, EZMNY Records. This partnership marks a new phase in the ongoing collaboration between Ty and music industry veteran Shawn Barron, co-founder of EZMNY and the executive who first signed Ty to Atlantic Records in 2012.
Since launching EZMNY Records, Ty and Barron have demonstrated a keen eye for talent, notably signing breakout artist Leon Thomas (EZMNY/Motown Records). Thomas� hit single �Mutt� continues its climb up the charts, showcasing the label�s growing impact in identifying and nurturing next-generation talent. EZMNY�s roster also includes rising artists Bizzy Crook, rjtheweirdo, Saige Michael, and Keith Turner.

The announcement comes on the heels of Create Music Group�s recent $165 million investment round led by private equity firm Flexpoint Ford, which valued the company at over $1 billion.
