Denver’s K-High Leaves The Airwaves… Stays Online

Denver’s KKHI 101.9 website posted the following message on their site.

KKHI has been sold to WAY-FM Communications, so our Smooth Jazz programming is no longer available at 101.9 in Denver. The staff and programmers have decided to keep K-High available to you on the Internet. You can hear our programming by clicking “Listen Online” right below our main logo above. The decision to sell the radio station was made by the owners of KKHI, Bustos Media, LLC of Sacramento, CA. This was a business decision, and these types of things happen all the time.

As far as K-High’s Smooth Jazz programming goes, the Denver staff have decided on our own to keep the station available by continuing the Internet broadcast. Thank you for your continued support. Hopefully we will find a new FM home on the Denver radio dial very soon. In the meantime, please direct all feedback and comments regarding K-High’s Online Broadcast to [email protected]. Please keep in mind we are now a separate entity from 101.9 FM.
