JOE MACKAY�joins Compass Media Networks as�DIRECTOR OF AUDIO SALES. In this role, Mr. Mackay will manage advertising sales relationships throughout the West Coast and Mid-West, and is based out of Chicago.

Joe is a 25-year industry veteran and has held positions with some of the largest companies in radio including CBS, Spanish Broadcasting, Cumulus Broadcasting, Emmis Communications amongst others.

LAURA SCHAEFER�joins as�MANAGER OF SALES PLANNING. In this role, Ms. Schaefer will help manage customer relationships and assist sales executives and management with sales proposals and inventory management.�

Laura will be based in NY.� Prior to joining Compass Media Networks, Laura worked at iHeart and Westwood One in her almost decade in the industry.

CHAD ROBISON�joins Compass Media Networks as a�NEWS ANCHOR�for�YOUR MONEY NOW. Mr. Robinson will anchor YOUR MONEY NOW�s twice hourly money-news reports, Monday � Friday in mid-days and PM drive.

Chad was previously the evening news anchor for iHeart�s NJ101.5.� Chad has also had roles with Total Traffic and United States Traffic during his broadcasting career.
