Backline, a nonprofit organization established in 2019, has been instrumental in connecting music industry professionals and their families with mental health and wellness resources. The program is supported by organizations such as Vibrant Emotional Health, which provides a team of trained experts.
Notable music industry entities, including Spotify, Live Nation, AEG Presents, and Red Light Management, have pledged their support for the B-LINE initiative. The collaboration highlights the industry’s commitment to prioritizing mental health and wellness among its workforce. Since its launch on January 27, B-LINE has reportedly assisted over 80 individuals, demonstrating a tangible impact and the necessity of such resources in the music community.
