Urban One, and One Solution have partnered with AT&T to present Hip-Hop: The 50 Year Evolution, a compelling roundtable discussion celebrating Hip-Hop’s 50-Year Anniversary hosted by Grammy-nominated rapper and trailblazer Rapsody, featuring Fat Joe, Christian “King” Combs and Rayna Bass. The entire roundtable discussion premieres today on GlobalGrind.com.

“Heavy D was so fly. And for being a big boy, he gave me so much confidence,” said Fat Joe when reminiscing about his first days as a rapper.

While discussing Hip-Hop’s 50th anniversary, Christian Combs had this to say about what Dream in Black means to him. ” Everyone has a different path and people may blow up before you, but don’t let that discourage you because you may be the one to change the game in a bigger way.”

Co-President Rayna Bass also added to this discussion and shared what Dream in Black means to her. “Dream in Black to me means another 50 years of more excellence, entrepreneurs and billionaires coming from hip-hop.”
