WHAT: The start of renovations to the 60-year-old city-owned Baltimore Arena will be celebrated with a groundbreaking ceremony for media, stakeholders, and community leaders. The event is hosted by Oak View Group (www.oakviewgroup.com). The event is invite-only and not open to the public.
