Industry legend Bobby Womack just recorded a new album “The Greatest Man on the Universe” The song actually has great lyrics “The Greatest man in the Universe is the One Who has Forgiven First” but I must admit it’s a far cry from what we are used to hearing Womack put forth. Sounding a bit weathered the singer is almost 70 and has recently suffered from an almost fatal bout with Pneumonia as well as Colon Cancer so he’s been a bit under the weather but Womack is without question one of the R&Singers in the history of black music. We hope he continues to recover.
