Core Radio Group has officially signed multi-platinum recording artist and veteran broadcaster Yung Joc to a two-year contract extension. The renewal ensures the hip-hop icon will continue to anchor Yung Joc & The Streetz Morning Takeover, driving the show’s rapid growth both locally and across the country.

Alongside co-hosts Mz. Shyneka and Shawty Shawty, the hit morning show is now nationally syndicated in over 15 markets through the Super Radio network.
In tandem with its growing radio reach, the show is expanding its visual presence on Streetz TV. Audiences can stream the full studio experience Monday through Friday at 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 9:00 PM via Roku and YouTube.
“Core Radio Group gave me the platform to connect with the culture in a whole new way,” said Yung Joc. “With Super Radio taking us into over 15 markets and Streetz TV bringing us to your screens, we’ve built something incredibly special. We’re turning the energy up even higher for the next two years.”
“Locking Joc in for another two years was a top priority,” said Steve Hegwood, CEO of Core Radio Group. “He is a premier media personality. Expanding his reach nationally through Super Radio, combined with our strategic visual broadcast on Streetz TV, ensures our audience never misses a moment.”
The newly signed two-year agreement will fuel expanded digital initiatives, exclusive community activations, and continued national syndication growth.
