Jon Buscema has been quietly shaping the sound of some of today’s most exciting young artists, and now he’s taking his career global.

The producer and songwriter, who has worked across genres with rising talent like Conan Gray, Devon Again, Noah Rinker, Grace VanderWaal, and Sofia & The Antoinettes, has signed a worldwide deal with Sony Music Publishing in partnership with renowned producer Daniel Nigro and his publishing venture, Amusement.
Buscema has played a key role in developing emerging artists, producing Devon Again’s entire EP In Order and crafting breakout tracks for Noah Rinker, including “Wherever I Go” and “The Pines.”
He continues to collaborate with both Devon and Noah on new music. Additionally, he co-produced “Caramel” on Conan Gray’s latest album Wishbone, teaming up with Daniel Nigro.
For Jon, finding the right team has been crucial. “With Dan, Amusement, and Sony, I feel I’ve finally found a group of people who share a passion for developing artists and put music first. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity and excited for what’s ahead,” he said.
Daniel Nigro shared his excitement, noting that Jon is “one of the smartest and most thoughtful producers I’ve come across in years, and shares my ideals on the importance of always putting the song first.”
Sony Music Publishing’s SVP of Creative A&R, Nick Bral, added that Jon impressed them immediately with his “high level of taste and decisive nature,” calling him a “world builder with an incredibly bright future.”
Originally from New Jersey, Jon grew up playing in bands and became a staple of the New York City music scene before moving to Los Angeles in 2019. His work has also extended beyond albums and EPs, landing sync placements with major brands like Apple, Google, Amazon, Netflix, HBO, Guinness, IKEA, and Ford.
With his reputation for developing talent and creating tracks that resonate across both the charts and media, Jon Buscema is clearly a name to watch—and with Sony and Amusement behind him, the next chapter of his career looks bigger than ever.
