Grace Blazer Named Senior VP of Programming, iHeartMedia Miami

Grace Blazer has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Miami, the company confirmed this week.

In her new role, Blazer will oversee programming across iHeartMedia’s Miami stations, which include a mix of music, talk, and news formats. She replaces Pedro Gonzalez, who will continue leading iHeartLatino and consulting on the company’s Miami music strategy.

Blazer joined iHeartMedia in 2013 and currently serves as National News, Talk, and Sports Brand Coordinator, as well as Program Director for WIOD and WINZ in Miami and WFLA in Tampa. Her career began at KDKA in Pittsburgh and later included programming roles in Philadelphia and Boston.

The promotion follows more than a decade of work managing iHeart’s news and talk operations in Florida. Blazer is expected to continue her national responsibilities while taking on the expanded Miami role.
