Former WQKI FM (Old Skool 1029) PD Todd Franklin has been named Cluster PD for Hip Hop WLYX FM, Country WAAC FM and Urban AC talk outlet WGOV AM in Valdosta, Ga for the Dee Rivers Radio Group .
