Rap superstar and St. Louis native, Nelly was a scheduled performer this past Saturday at the Uforia Music Festival in Los Angeles. While backstage, HipHollywood caught up with the Grammy Award winning rapper as he shared his personal thoughts and views on the tragic shooting death of Ferguson, MO teenager, Mike Brown.Echoing the statement made in the hashtag, #WENEEDTHATVERDICT, on his t-shirt, Nelly spoke about hoping for a different outcome than the infamous George Zimmerman trial where Zimmerman was found not guilty after shooting and killing Trayvon Martin.
