A Black man appeared on The Drs after having 7 failed surgeries to have massive keloids removed from his face and head. The condition appeared after he had chicken pox as a child and he developed one keloid which led to more. He has struggled with this condition his entire life at times saying he felt like a circus sideshow freak.
His condition if further complicated by a diabetes diagnosis that makes getting surgery dangerous. Finally, he gets a black doctor who gives him an amazing gift in order to finally rid him of the condition.
