Lori Giamela and Kevin Valentini Promoted at RCA Records

Lori Giamela and Kevin Valentini have been promoted to Senior Vice President, Promotion, RCA Records it was announced today.

The two will continue to run the Rhythm team where Giamela will remain on the west coast and Valentini in New York.

Both recently held the role of Vice President, Rhythm Promotion, RCA Records where they have led the team for the last five years.� Through their leadership, they have garnered multiple #1 records from artists including Miguel, G-Eazy, Khalid and more as well as held the #1 chart share amongst all other labels in 2018, top 5 in 2019 and #3 in 2020.�

The dynamic duo continued to shine with four #1 records in 2020 with Chris Brown and Doja Cat leading the pack as the 3rd�and 4th�most played artists.�

Most recently, Chris Brown’s “Go Crazy” breaks another record and continues as the longest running song inside the Top 10 on Billboard’s Rhythmic Airplay Chart for 40 weeks and counting.�

“Go Crazy,” along with “No Guidance” and “Heat” (all of which went #1)�has bolstered Brown’s status as one of the format’s top acts.

The two have appeared on Variety’s Hitmakers list in both 2019 and 2020.
