 width= The “First Lady Of Promotions”, 30-year industry legend Emma Garrett, passed away from heart disease on December 28th. �The funeral is this Friday, January 7th in her hometown of Miami. �She was a friend to the artist and radio programmers and was well loved and respected throughout the industry.
