 width=

Denver (Montrose) DJ Rick Steele, 48 is missing. He was last seen taking his two dogs for a walk by a swift moving canal and investigators believe one of his dogs fell into the canal and Steele may have tried to save it.   Both dogs were found, one hiding under Steele’s truck and the other approximately 3 miles away and they are being taken care of by a friend of Steele’s. The station is bringing in a grief counselor this week to help staff cope.   Steele has not been located at press time. He was the morning host on The Blast, 103.7, and the afternoon show on 94 KIX. He was last seen this past Thursday.
