IFPI Publishes Global Music Report 2025

Global recorded music revenues increased by 4.8% in 2024, mainly fueled by the rising popularity of subscription streaming services, as reported by IFPI. The organization, representing the global recorded music industry, disclosed that total trade revenues hit US$29.6 billion in 2024, marking the tenth consecutive year of growth. This growth trend underlines the industry’s resilience and adaptability in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
