Hot 97, NY radio legend Mr. Cee, 46, was arrested last night for solicitation of a male prostitute. This is the 3rd time the legendary dj has been arrested. The second arrest involved Mr. Cee receiving oral sex from a man dressed in drag that Mr. Cee stated he did not realize was a man. This time it was a male police officer posing as a male prostitute according to the New York Daily News. Â Mr. Cee pled guilty to the previous arrest and was ordered to receive one year of counseling. He was also arrested on similar charges in October of 2010.
