Erik Gee Joins KQSM 92.1 as Program Director & Host

Cumulus Media (NASDAQ: CMLS) announces that it has appointed Erik Gee as Program Director and On-Air Host, Mornings, on Fayetteville, AR, Sports station KQSM 92.1 The Ticket. The appointment is effective today and Gee debuts in Mornings on Thursday, August 29th, coinciding with the Arkansas Razorbacks’ football season opener. Gee can be heard on the new morning show Monday through Friday from 6:00am-9:00am.

Gee brings nearly 30 years’ experience in Sports broadcasting to KQSM 92.1 The Ticket, most recently serving as Assistant Program Director and Co-Host of the “Pat Jones Show” on KYAL-FM in Tulsa, OK. His extensive career includes key roles in Oklahoma City and Albuquerque, where he covered Oklahoma and Oklahoma State football, as well as seven seasons reporting on the Oklahoma City Thunder.

“Erik’s depth of experience and passion for sports make him a perfect fit for our station,” said Keith Liesmann, Regional Vice President and Market Manager of Cumulus Fayetteville. “We are thrilled to have him on board and can’t wait for our listeners to experience his insight and energy every morning.”

Joining Erik in the studio will be producer Levi Peckenpaugh, ensuring the show delivers engaging content, lively discussions, and expert analysis to start each day.
