Public Enemy’s Chuck D has expressed an interest in taking Jay-Z’s previous post at Def Jam. In our opinion here at RF, that might be a great option for Def Jam heads to consider since Chuck has such a legacy in the industry and he, unlike Jay-Z can remain focused. We’ve heard of a few other people the label is considering but that’s about it for now.. We’ll keep you posted.
