Billboard Pro has added a music industry events calendar, giving readers a single place to track major national and international events across the business. For publishers, songwriters, rights holders, and the teams around them, that means conferences, festivals, networking mixers, and award dates are now gathered in one place instead of scattered across the calendar.
A new tool for tracking the business side of music
Billboard said the calendar is part of its continuing effort to serve the music industry and its creators. The publication says the new feature will act as music’s most complete summary of major industry events, and that Billboard is now positioning itself not only as a source for news, charts, and analysis, but also as a go-to for business happenings.
The calendar includes events in June, July, and August 2026, with listings spanning London, Tokyo, Barcelona, Milwaukee, New Orleans, Montreal, Chicago, New York, and other markets. The slate covers festivals, conferences, and awards, including ASCAP London Celebrates Songwriters and Composers, MATI Festival and Conference, Musikfest Music Industry Conference, the Country Radio Hall of Fame Induction and Dinner, and the AIR Awards.
June opens with festivals and international gatherings
The June schedule begins with Meltdown festival in London on June 11-21, followed by ASCAP London Celebrates Songwriters and Composers on June 16. Other June events include Global Citizen Live: Tokyo, Sónar Festival in Barcelona, Summerfest weekend 1 in Milwaukee, Barefoot Country Music Fest in Wildwood, N.J., Hellfest in Clisson, France, and The Isle of Wight Festival in Newport, England.
June also includes Green River Festival in Greenfield, Mass., We Belong Here Brooklyn festival in New York, Electric Forest festival in Rothbury, Mich., Festival International de Jazz de Montréal, and Wilco’s Solid Sound festival in North Adams, Mass.
July stretches from Summerfest to award season

The month also includes Hot 97 Summer Jam in Newark, N.J., Newport Folk Festival and Newport Jazz Festival, Lollapalooza in Chicago, OSHEAGA Music and Arts Festival in Montreal, and the Latin Alternative Music Conference in New York.
Also listed for July are the O2 Silver Clef Awards in London and the AIR Awards in Adelaide, Australia.
August keeps the pace with conferences and major festivals
August includes HARD Summer in Inglewood, Calif., Musikfest Music Industry Conference in Bethlehem, Pa., the Country Radio Hall of Fame Induction and Dinner in Nashville, Boardmasters festival in Newquay, England, Outside Lands in San Francisco, L.A. Jazz Festival in Los Angeles, and KCON LA in Los Angeles.
Other August listings include Iceland Eclipse festival, Stellar+EXP in Charlotte, N.C., Boomtown Festival in England, Flow Festival in Helsinki, and Reggae Fest in New York.
What to watch next: Billboard Pro’s calendar will keep adding dates across the summer, with more major events likely to be tracked alongside the June, July, and August listings already posted.
