Audacy Shifts to Content-First, Format-Led Structure

Audacy has appointed three new Format Vice Presidents as part of its transition away from a traditional market-based operating model toward a content-first structure organized by format verticals.

Under the restructured model, Chief Business Officer and New York Market President Chris Oliviero will oversee Programming, Podcast, and Product, continuing to report directly to CEO Kelli Turner.

Reporting to Oliviero:

  • Leah Reis-Dennis, continuing to lead podcast strategy

  • Jeff Sottolano, continuing to run programming in collaboration with Audacy’s central team and Format VPs
