Don Boyd, a 25-year Cumulus veteran, now oversees operations in Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and New Orleans, Louisiana, alongside Columbus-Starkville, Mississippi, while retaining his previous responsibilities in Mobile, Alabama, Fort Walton Beach, and Pensacola, Florida. The expanded portfolio includes 16 stations spanning Urban, Urban AC, Gospel, CHR, Country, and Classic Hits formats. Boyd previously served as General Sales Manager for Nashville before joining Cumulus in 2001, later leaving in 2008 to lead advertising for Dickey Publishing. He returned to Cumulus in 2014 as General Sales Manager for Atlanta, was promoted to Vice President/Market Manager of Mobile in late 2017, and ascended to Regional Vice President in 2023.

Cumulus President of Operations Bob Walker emphasized the company’s excitement to expand Boyd’s role, noting his ability to help clients grow through unique brand partnerships and digital solutions.
