Amazon Music 2025 Delivered Rival to Spotify Wrapped

Amazon Music Launches 2025 Delivered to Rival Spotify Wrapped

Amazon Music Introduces 2025 Delivered Feature

On Tuesday, Amazon Music unveiled its latest feature, 2025 Delivered, designed to compete with Spotify’s well-known Wrapped experience. This new offering provides users with a personalized annual recap of their music listening habits, allowing them to see their top artists, favorite tracks, and most-played genres.

In addition to standard music statistics, 2025 Delivered also includes insights into users’ audiobook and podcast consumption. A notable enhancement for those using Alexa-enabled devices is the ability to see which song was requested the most throughout the year. This adds a unique twist, catering specifically to Amazon’s ecosystem.

This year, Amazon Music has introduced new badges for listeners to display their achievements. For instance, the “Trendsetter” badge is awarded to users who are among the first to listen to trending albums. Meanwhile, the “Headliner” badge recognizes fans who fall within the top percentage of an artist’s listeners, which can foster a sense of community among users.

Amazon Music also features animated cards for users to share their personalized listening stats on social media. The 2025 cards take on a vibrant “music festival” theme, with each listener receiving their own unique version. For example, a user named Katie might receive a “Katie Fest” card showcasing artists like Bad Bunny and Charli XCX in her lineup.

The 2025 Delivered feature is now accessible through the Amazon Music app in multiple countries, including the U.S., U.K., Germany, and Japan, among others. Users must have a listening history of a few hours to qualify for the recap, ensuring that the statistics are meaningful.

This launch coincides with a wave of year-end recap offerings from various platforms. Just a week prior, YouTube rolled out its 2025 Recaps, and Apple Music launched its own annual summary on the same day as Amazon. Deezer also entered the fray with a Spotify Wrapped alternative that includes a music personality quiz for friends.

As the music streaming landscape becomes increasingly competitive, features like 2025 Delivered are essential for platforms to differentiate themselves and engage listeners. The growth of personalized content is an important trend in the music industry, as services strive to enhance user experience and increase engagement.
