The nationally syndicated host purchased the home in 2004 for 10.6 Million at the start of the national real estate slump. The home is 9,764-square-feet and is located at 307 Ocean Boulevard to a trust led by Jan A. Marks.  The home has six-bedrooms, eight-bathrooms and one-half-bath sitting on a 26,000 square foot lot. Joyner also listed the house for 26 Million and sold it for 21 Million. Leverage plus knowledge equals smart investing.
