If you ask me eBay is a piece of crap service now and I have not used them in over a year. That has not stopped someone from selling 3 brand new Portable People Meters currently available until tomorrow’s sale closing. eBay does not have to reveal who is selling them but the ad states they are brand new and there appears to be several bids already. Without question, someone wants to see what’s in the meters. The origination city is Grain Valley, MO and they are willing to ship the devices worldwide. Here is the ad

Of course everyone wants this technology. My question is what will they do with the information they gather and why hasn’t Arbitron tried to stop the sale?
