Rick and Sasha Get Tom Joyner Stations in 2020

This past Friday industry icon Tom Joyner announced that Rickey Smiley will replace him and his show at the end of the year for The Tom Joyner Morning Show (TJMS) . Joyner announced he was retiring in October of 2017 at the end of 2019. Rickey will not get ALL of Tom’s stations, some will go to Headkrack and some will go to the new Rick and Sasha show which started in Jan of 2019 and is based in Atlanta.

The duo comprises of Rick Party who is a very successful industry entrepreneur and radio veteran with previous shows in many major markets like New York, Atlanta, Chicago, and Miami. He also has a long resume of voiceover work including BET, ESPN, and many other companies. Sasha the Diva is a successful staple in the Atlanta radio market for many years.

Rick and Sasha will get the Cumulus portion of Joyner’s stations starting in Jan of 2020.
